I didn't start Maine Stream Solutions because I had a great idea. I started it because I kept watching capable business owners work themselves into the ground — not from lack of effort, but from lack of clarity.
I'm Harry Slininger, a Hampden-based Marine Corps veteran, and I've spent my career at the intersection of strategy, data, and people.
In the Marine Corps, I served as an Infantry Team Leader and as part of a Company Level Intelligence Cell — trained to collect, analyze, and disseminate tactical intelligence that supported mission-critical decisions in high-pressure environments. That discipline doesn't leave you. It just finds a new application.
I hold a B.S. in Leadership and Organization Science from the University of Southern Maine, and over the past year, I've logged more than 100 hours of focused education and training in AI systems and business implementation — because I believe the businesses that learn to use these tools now will be the ones that define their industries in five years.
My professional background spans enterprise B2B sales, million-dollar account management, operational process improvement, and building organizations from the ground up — including founding a nonprofit that secured funding and served veterans overcoming trauma and PTSD. I've led teams, restructured operations, and consistently translated complex challenges into clear, executable strategies.
