I built Maine Stream Solutions because I kept watching capable owners work themselves into the ground. Not because they weren't trying, but because the system between attention and payment was broken and nobody could see where.

The Founder
I'm Harry Slininger.
I'm a Hampden-based Marine Corps veteran. In the Marine Corps I served as an Infantry Team Leader and in a Company Level Intelligence Cell, trained to collect, analyze, and share information that supported decisions under pressure. That discipline doesn't leave you. It finds a new job.
Since then I've worked in enterprise B2B sales, million-dollar account management, operational process improvement, and building organizations from the ground up, including founding a nonprofit that secured funding and served veterans. I hold a B.S. in Leadership and Organization Science from the University of Southern Maine.
Across all of it, one pattern kept showing up: good people, broken systems. Leads that nobody followed up. Quotes that went quiet. Customers who drifted. Owners holding everything together by memory.
